Moony Mail Subscription Policy

Price & Payment
The Moony Mail subscription costs €11.80 per month. Shipping within Germany is included. Payments are automatically charged monthly.

Delivery

• One-time subscription: Delivered approximately 2–3 days after ordering.
• Regular monthly subscription: Shipped about 5 days before the start of each month.
  Each package includes 3 stickers, an art print, a personal letter, and a rotating surprise.

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the end of the month to stop the next shipment.

Refunds / Returns
Moony Mail packages that have already been shipped cannot be refunded. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.

Changes
We may adjust contents, shipping dates, or prices, with prior notice.
