What is a snail mail?
Snail mail means physical mail you receive at home 💌
With Moony Mail, you get a lovely monthly letter filled with 3 stickers, 1 art print, a personal letter, and a rotating surprise (like a bookmark, magnet, suncatcher, coloring page, etc).
How much does the subscription cost?
The Moony Mail subscription costs €11.80 per month. Shipping within Germany is included. Payments are charged automatically on a monthly basis.
When will my Moony Mail be delivered?
- One-time subscription: Delivered approximately 2–3 days after ordering.
- Regular monthly subscription: Shipped about 5 days before the start of each month.
Each letter includes 3 stickers, an art print, a personal letter and a rotating surprise.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please make sure to cancel at least 7 days before the end of the month to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
Can I get a refund?
Moony Mail packages that have already been shipped cannot be refunded.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.
Can the subscription change over time?
Yes, contents, shipping dates, or pricing may be adjusted in the future. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
